About us
AR&PA Engineering is a civil engineering firm founded in 2008 by Dr. Ing. Antonio Paronesso and Ing. Roberto Artari who have decades of experience and are capable of handling any type of request. The skills acquired over the years are the result of their work as technical project managers, both nationally and internationally. Passion, enthusiasm, science and conscience are the elements that have always characterised their commitment to the customer.
Specialisations
Our firm specialises in various fields of activity, including building and public works including civil engineering superstructure and substructure works, special geotechnical works, structural rehabilitation and reinforcement, technical expertise, and specialised structural analyses.
Our technical knowledge is the result of consolidated experience gained both at a European and national level, and in particular in the Lugano and Ticino areas, where we have been developing projects for years, gaining considerable appreciation from clients.

Our portfolio is full of considerable projects, such as the Torretta cycle/pedestrian footbridge in Bellinzona for the Department of Territory of the Canton of Ticino, the Via dei Papi cycle/pedestrian footbridge for the municipality of Sorgues in France, the FLP-FFS station connecting footbridge in Lugano, the Theatre of the New Cultural Centre of Lugano LAC, and the pre-stressed reinforced concrete floating docks for the municipalities of Porto Valtravaglia and Maccagno on Lake Maggiore in Italy.
